This User Agreement is a contract (hereinafter the "Agreement") between the TGLE Dating App Service and its User and may be accepted only by accepting the Agreement and the Privacy Policy in general.
User profile — is information about a User including photo, nickname, gender, age, preferences, email address, education, and profession. All of this information is available on the «TGLE Dating App» platform. «TGLE Dating App» Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this information.
Coins — Coins are an internal unit of account intended for the purchase of additional Features on «TGLE Dating App». Coins are not a payment or cash equivalent and are not refundable, transferable to e-wallets or exchangeable for cash. Coins are not time-bound and may be used by a User only to purchase additional «TGLE Dating App» Features that are eligible for Coins. The terms and conditions for the purchase of Coins are specified on the «TGLE Dating App» platform.
User — is an individual over the age of eighteen years, accessing «TGLE Dating App» via the Internet through the «TGLE Dating App» Mobile App and/or website, accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
«TGLE Dating App» mobile app — is an App designed to run on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices based on Android 5.0 and above, iOS 12.3 and above, which is available for download on the store platforms. It is also intended for installation of the App and sign-up by the User, and allows you to use the functionality of the Service in the selected range on the User's mobile devices.
Sign Up — you fill out the registration form provided on «TGLE Dating App» by entering the required information in the application form.
«TGLE Dating App» Service or Service — a set of hardware and software owned by the TGLE Dating App, through which we provide you with access to the Features and Services available through the Mobile App and/or the TGLE Dating App's website.
Features — information services that provide information exchange between you, posted on «TGLE Dating App».
Account — a set of data about you that is necessary to identify (authenticate) and provide access to personal data and settings. Your account may optionally contain personal contact information.
Functionality — features of the service, presented through the mobile app and/or the company's website.
Filters — information about your preferences regarding other Users,
1.1. We provide you with the services enabling you to use «TGLE Dating App» on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2. We give you access to «TGLE Dating App» for communication with other Users for the purpose of exchanging information between you, as well as providing other Services and Features available on «TGLE Dating App».
1.3. Unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall be deemed to be your signing up on «TGLE Dating App». Before using the platform, you must read this Agreement. If you disagree with any particular term or the entire Agreement, you should discontinue all further usage of «TGLE Dating App». You fully and unconditionally accept to the terms of this Agreement by committing one of the following acts - copying (installing) the Mobile App by yourself to your mobile device; - using «TGLE Dating App» in any way and/or your signing up; - clicking the "Continue" button when you Sign up using your cell phone number, on the platform or through the Mobile App. By using the Service, you also acknowledge your acceptance of the Privacy Policy posted at https://tgdatingup.com/Privacy/. Use of the Service and its Features is allowed only under the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. Service is aimed to familiarize the User with the rules of use of the Service. The User has access to information about the options for using the Service, the Features, the Fees and payment terms, the rules of behavior and other information necessary for the use of the Service. Based on the information provided, you decide for yourself whether to use «TGLE Dating App», post information about yourself and your preferences, and post your photos. Your signing up on «TGLE Dating App» confirms that you've read the terms and conditions of «TGLE Dating App», the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1.5. This Agreement may be amended by us unilaterally without any special notice to the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is available on the official website tgdatingup.com in the section Information > User Agreement. If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement, or amendments to it, you must stop using «TGLE Dating App».
1.6. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you express your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18, confirm the accuracy of the data you provide under this Agreement and take full responsibility for its accuracy, completeness and truthfulness.
2.1. When using our service, you create an account through our mobile app and/or website. You can only have one account, otherwise we reserve the right to block or delete your repeated accounts.
2.2. When creating an account, you create and enter a password, and you commit to keeping the password safe and secure from third parties.
2.3. If you lose or compromise your password, or if a third party illegally obtains your password, you should immediately contact the Support Service at support@tsdatingup.com.

Your image in the photo and/or video should allow you to be recognized when encountering other users. 2.6. You are given the opportunity to sign up through social networking plugins provided by our service.

2.8. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, we are not responsible for providing services for mistakenly specified data, as well as for providing profiles of other users who do not match your filters.

If during verification by selfie or photos we have suspicions that you are under 18 years of age, or if we receive complaints from other users about possible use of the service by an underage person, we reserve the right to ask you to confirm your age and identity by taking selfies with a passport (it is important that your face and your ID document must be clearly visible in the picture).

3.2. Under the terms of «TGLE Dating App» you choose other Users to communicate or to arrange Events or personal meetings yourself.
3.3. You are given the access to other Users' profiles to choose a match and express your sympathy to them.

When using «TGLE Dating App», you understand and agree that: - the quality of the selection of another User as a partner depends on the Filters you use, including when arranging Events; - We do not guarantee the likes of other selected Users; - We do not guarantee the interest of other selected Users in meeting with you; - To fulfill Our obligations under this Agreement, We share the data you have provided exclusively at Sign Up with other Users selected as partners.
3.6. While we make every effort to provide quality Services on «TGLE Dating App», we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for the reciprocal likes of other Users, their appearance in meetings, nor for the accuracy of the Profile of the selected User.
3.7. Our communication with you is performed via email and/or a «TGLE Dating App» account and/or push notifications. Your communication with us has performed via email support@tgdatingup.com or a feedback form within the App or on the website tgdatingup.com.
4.1. When you sign up on «TGLE Dating App», your picture or your video is required.
4.2. All your photos and videos are subject to compulsory moderation by the company's specialists.

The new cost shall be effective from the moment of its publication on the platform and shall not apply to the Services paid by you at the time of publication of the new Fees.
5.3. Payments for paid services are made through the payment systems or credit organizations listed on «TGLE Dating App». When paying for Services via payment systems or credit organizations, you undertake to read the terms and conditions of money transactions. It is your responsibility to follow the rules/instructions of the payment systems or credit organizations, and you are entirely responsible for the actions you take via your personal accounts or apps.
5.4. We have the right to obligate you to deposit money on your balance on the platform for further automatic deduction of funds according to the paid services hosted on «TGLE Dating App». If there are not enough funds on your balance in accordance with the selected paid service, you agree to replenish the balance within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt of a notice from us.

5.8. We would like to emphasize that we do not act as a tax agent towards Users. All obligations to comply with applicable laws on taxes and fees in relation to the received funds are performed by Platform Users on their own. We are not responsible for the User's failure to pay taxes or declare income.

Any materials and/or information (including downloadable software, any instructions and manuals, etc.), accessed by the User using «TGLE Dating App», may be used at the User's own risk and the User is solely responsible for possible consequences of the use of such information and/or materials, including any damage it may cause to the User's computer (device) or third parties, for loss of data or any other harm.

The TGLE Dating App shall not be responsible and shall not be liable for any losses or other consequences of the User resulting from: - unlawful acts of third parties, other Users, including personal meetings; - refusal of one User to meet with another User; - violation by any person of any intellectual property rights of third parties associated with the use of «TGLE Dating App».

Software and hardware failures, whether on Our side or on your side, that result in your inability to access «TGLE Dating App» are circumstances of insuperable force majeure and grounds for the release from liability for the failure of «TGLE Dating App» to perform its obligations under the Agreement.
8.6. «TGLE Dating App» service interruptions are acceptable. If the platform fails to operate, we will not be liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of our obligations. We have the right to suspend «TGLE Dating App» until threats or errors are resolved.
8.7. The Parties are relieved from responsibility for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations, if such non-fulfillment is a consequence of force majeure circumstances arising after the entry into force of this Offer, as a result of extraordinary events, which the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable efforts. The Party, referring to circumstances of undeterminable force (force majeure), is obliged to provide for their confirmation a document of the relevant state authority.
9.1. «TGLE Dating App» contains intellectual property owned by the platform, its affiliates and other related parties, sponsors, partners, representatives and other third parties.
9.2. Trademarks and trade names, software and other data published and available on «TGLE Dating App» are the intellectual property of their respective owners and protected by the laws.
9.3. By using «TGLE Dating App», you acknowledge and agree that all «TGLE Dating App» content and its structure are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, in all media, and in all technologies, whether now existing or later developed or created. Any rights to any «TGLE Dating App» content, including but not limited to audiovisual works, text, graphics, computer programs, photos, trademarks do not pass to the User as a result of using «TGLE Dating App» and entering into the Agreement.
9.4. All of your intellectual property rights posted on «TGLE Dating App» are granted by you under a simple non-exclusive license for the entire term of copyright protection without payment of any royalties to you from the moment of posting.
10.1. You are given the access to «TGLE Dating App» to exchange messages (hereinafter referred to as "chat"). Your personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the United States Federation. Our administration has the right to use the information you provide in order to comply with the requirements of current legislation of the United States (including the prevention and/or suppression of illegal and/or unlawful actions of users).
10.2. You agree to receive personal messages through the chat from the administration at any time and of any nature, including advertising. We have the right to moderate (preview, evaluate and filter) messages sent to users in chat.

10.5. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to third parties if we receive a complaint that material you downloaded from the app or site violates their copyright, privacy rights, or as required by law:
11.1. By accepting this Agreement, you agree to our processing of the personal information you provide during your sign up, as well as the personal information you voluntarily submit to «TGLE Dating App», and its transfer to third parties for the purpose of providing the Services.
11.2. Processing of personal data includes actions (operations) with personal data, such as collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), utilization, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, deletion of personal data.

11.4. Your consent to the processing of personal data is granted without time limitation.
12.1. You warrant that all of the terms of this Agreement are clear to you and that you accept them unconditionally and in full.

12.4. In everything else that is not provided for in this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the applicable laws of the United States.
12.5. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
